Information about the conference:
The EMMA Vienna Meeting 2026 will take place on Friday, January 30 and Saturday, January 31, 2026. The meeting will be held as a hybrid meeting, therefore you can choose to attend online or in person.
Places for in-person participation are limited and subject to acceptance. Registrations will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis, with an equal distribution among countries.

Hilton Vienna Waterfront

The conference venue is the Hilton Vienna Waterfront, where delegates will also be accommodated.
Participation in the EMMA Conference in Vienna includes two nights of accommodation (January 29–31, 2026) in a single room, breakfast and lunch, as well as airport transfer within Vienna. Please register only if you are committed to attending in person, as the number of participants is limited.
If you travel by car, mileage will be reimbursed (EUR 0.42/km for a maximum of 800 km in total), European flights will be covered up to a maximum of EUR 400,- per person. In the event of cancellation after flight tickets have been issued, a nominal cancellation fee of EUR 100,- will apply.
Delegates are invited to the Delegates' Dinner on Friday, January 30 (places are limited, registration required).
Language:
The official language of the meeting is English.
Target Audience:
The target audience of the meeting is physicians and other qualified healthcare providers who care for patients with multiple myeloma and are interested in the latest developments in the treatment of patients with multiple myeloma.
Registration:
Capacity for in-person participation is limited and subject to approval. Once an application has been accepted, the EMMA conference organization will cover the costs of registration, accommodation and travel. Registrations will be allocated in chronological order of receipt.
Each European country will be allocated a certain number of registrations to ensure equal participation of myeloma treating physicians from each country.
In accordance with the Code of Conduct for the Pharmaceutical Industry, the EMMA meeting organization will not cover any costs for healthcare professionals or other persons who have no professional interest in the information provided during the program.
Accreditation:
An application for CME accreditation of this event has been submitted to the UEMS EACCME®.
Online participants will not receive a certificate of attendance or CME credits.
Slide Sets:
Copyright-protected slide sets from the presentations will be made available. Access will be provided via a password, which will be shared with all registered participants.
WLAN:
Access to the wireless LAN will be available during the conference.
