ACCOMMODATION

The EMMA meeting will take place at the InterContinental Hotel in Vienna, where you will also be accommodated. Mondial Medica will arrange your travel and book a single room for you for two nights at the Intercontinental. If you wish to book additional nights before or after the meeting, you will be responsible for the additional costs, which must be paid directly to the hotel. FLIGHTS AND GROUND TRANSPORTATION

Flights or train tickets in economy class from your preferred home airport/train station to/from Vienna will be organised for every registered participant by Mondial Medica as indicated below. The ground transportation in Vienna to/from the conference hotel on your arrival/departure day (from/to airport or train station) will be automatically booked according to the flight/train details.

Notice for Swiss physicians: We inform that the organization will cover registration, accommodation, ground transfers from/to Vienna airport and meals during scientific sessions. However, according to local Swiss regulations, flight tickets to/from Vienna representing an estimated 1/3 of the overall hospitality cost will not be covered by the organization, but need to be issued by the registering physician.
