ACCOMMODATION

The EMMA meeting will take place at the Hilton Vienna Waterfront hotel, where delegates will also be accommodated. Mondial Medica will take care of the travel arrangement and book a single room for you for two nights at the Hilton Vienna Waterfront hotel (January, 29.-31.2026). If you wish to book additional nights before or after the meeting, you will be responsible for the additional costs, which must be paid directly to the hotel. This also applies to any additional services.

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS

FLIGHTS AND GROUND TRANSPORTATION

Flights or train tickets in economy class from your preferred home airport/train station to/from Vienna will be organised for every registered participant by Mondial Medica as indicated below. The ground transportation in Vienna to/from the conference hotel on your arrival/departure day (from/to airport or train station) will be automatically booked according to the flight/train details.

If you are travelling to Vienna by car, we can refund you the amount of EUR 0,42 per km (official Austrian kilometre allowance) for a distance of 800km in total (400km per way). Please indicate the arrival day and approximate arrival time.
